Calling an investment opportunity I have allegedly registered for! Absolute rubbish!!!
Text message supposedly from my daughter asking me to call her back. The clue to it being a scam was that it said Hi Mum instead of Dad, lol.
I'm not even living in the UK and the phone number I got called on is a Dutch one which I do not use very actively. I didn't answer but it's safe to assume that ignoring this number is the best course of action.
Hangs up immediately when I pick up the phone (international call from London to Denmark). Extremely annoying with several calls daily.

SPAM Unknown number but similar to other calls received over last few weeks but with variation in last 4 digits. Number called several times with no messages left so obviously not important. This number now blocked along with others similar to this.
Foreign number woke me at 6.50am - did not get out of bed to answer landline

SCAM Another happy go lucky "Fraud Office" call, about "Unusual Activity on you account", who get potty mouthed when you inform them no transaction has occurred or is pending according to your banking app. Same thing everyday, so used to it I can quote the entire automated call back to them.

Got a call from this number, recorded message saying my Amazon account due to run out, and £87 had been taken from my bank, if I didn't want to keep amazon to press star button. ActiveQuote - Private Health insurance. Call center They call at renewal time, presumably so they can get another commission. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. You can supposedly email [email protected] to update your preferences. I haven't tried it yet, but it should stop the calls.

Call about a motor vehicle accident I had and said I had a compensation payment waiting for me - they would not give more details or say who they were acting on behalf of.
Whatsapp SCAM Lost phone .. eventually asked for money while having issues with mobile banking.
Automated call Answered and had an automated voice saying the call was from bettermove and there were no agents available to speak to and gave a number to call back.

Good phone number I am a real person
Claimed to be from Council Housing Association calling about reported repairs needed to my property. I was confused and asked what he meant as I am not in a council house. The voice on the other end repeated themselves, I told them again I am not in a council property and an automated AI thanked me for my time and hung up.
