SCAM this number purported to be from PENSIONS Direct. It was a recorded message saying all advisors were busy. I expect we will get the scam part of the call next!

Another 'service' calling about my unresolved landlord repair. I returned their call to ask they remove my number. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Don't use their scam 'services'- they are available elsewhere for free.

Recorded message from “bank security”. Obvious scam.

Said his name was Mark and his company were checking I had all my legal paperwork sorted and wanted to know if I had a will. Hung up and blocked number.

Text Message claimed to be missed delivery with a link to Evrie imitation site. Asks for your details on first page including date of birth then on next page says there is a small redelivery charge for new time slot and asks for credit card details. Beware, all the makings of a scam to get your card details.

A very non-English sounding person called “Jake” called claiming to be from EE asked me what type of mobile I had - if he were truly from EE he would have had that information already. Hung up!

Scam, claims to be Paypal & a dispute about a/c balance, but since I don't have a palpal account this is a 100% scam

Received a scam text message from this number late at night reading: "Hey mum, using friends phone cos my screen broke. can u msg my temp number on whats app 07379573194 x" I also then received another text saying "hi" from 07597207752, which I know also send the same text message above.

Recorded message stating "your bank card has been used today in two transactions - one Amazon and one a money-transfer website". Request followed to press one numerical key if transactions authorised and another if not. Scam.

same recorded message from a call i had yesterday but different number (01282570776) re supposedly !!!! to say 2 unusual charges made to my account 1 from Amazon for £300 the other for £1100 but put phone down at this stage

Scammers claiming to be from Visa and saying that a large amount has been spent on your Visa card.

Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. I asked if he was a moron and he said " you are a moron debter" . Told him I would report him to the police and have blocked his number... this is most certainly a scammer. Elderly folk beware!!!

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. Fraud: 09011490180 has been billed by Virgin Media as 3 outgoing calls from my Landline but my wife and I have not made these calls. The calls were apparently made on the 18th of April at 11.03, 11.18 and 11.40 with each call lasting exactly 11.06 minutes costing 35 pounds each. So far Virgin Media have refused to investigate these calls and demand payment. It is obviously some king of scam, which should be highlighted as soon as possible and safeguards put in place!
