Client reported someone from this number has called 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks saying that he owed money.No other details.They gave correct surname but wrong initial. Gave correct postcode but no other info. Client has no debts/loans. Client very vulnerable, distressed by these calls( one was after 8pm)

Very rude common woman (bad election lessons) evaded my requests to come to the point. Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!). Do not take calls from this number, and if you do, keep making refusals - they won t be playing fair with you.

Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb
