obviously a robocaller. female voice identified herself as Lydia Lees, and say she was calling about the no fault accident I was involved in. when I answered yes to her question, I wad asked to stay on the line. i wss put on hold, at which time i ended the call. perhaps another one I can mess with if they call back...
When ringing it comes back invalid number so I'm guessing call centre.

trying to sell a rates reduction but do not give clear information about themselves and how they obtain personal details. very aggressive and not willing to answer questions. my advice, challenge the rates yourselves,
SCAM Asian sounding male purporting to be from BT Openreach saying our internet speeds were markedly low and he could help with this problem. I said we regularly check our up and download speeds and as we're on Fibre to the Premises with BT our usual speed is around 400mbs. He put the phone down. I imagine he was going to ask for ££ to enhance our speed.

This is a false phone number. As at Jun 2017, only 0239 (Portsmouth) and 0238 (Southampton) are valid.

Repeatedly told him he wasn t available, asked him which company was calling and to remove my number from their list as I was registered with TPS(useless, I know!).
