SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. Both of these accounts I have since checked and have not been affected in this way, hence my reporting this bogus land-line call.

SCAM Fraud Claimed to be HSBC fraud to check a couple of suspicious transactions and knew the area I was located in. They didn't ask for any secure information but when I called HSBC directly, they had no record of either the call or the transactions on my account.

SCAM this number purported to be from PENSIONS Direct. It was a recorded message saying all advisors were busy. I expect we will get the scam part of the call next!

SCAM Said they were from Virgin Media and that there was a problem with our internet, but when I asked if she knew my name she just hung up.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Pretending to be Three mobile - was rude and abusive when I told them that I was taking three to court due to previous levels of service, so I knew they would not be marketing me and that this is a scam. Asian call centre using UK phone numbers. BEWARE!

Called to inform me about unusual activity on my credit card advised me to press 1 for information. I hung up

Had an email from Amazon about scammers using Amazon Prime excuses then this afternoon received a phone call on thus number saying my Prime account has expired dont have a prime account SCAM

Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

Rang today and left a message that a suspicious amount of £799 had been charged to our card attached to our Amazon account. Press 1 to respond. Didn't of course. Obviously a scam.
