Worked out it was a cold call in about 2 seconds hung up
this is an o2 upgrade center located in main street coailsiand they done the upgrade on my o2 contracts and i lifted the phones in there store its just pretty much a call center...
Nuisance caller. I will prosecute this person for cold calls. Sometimes there is no answer when I lift the receiver; sometimes a female voice says "hello" and hangs up. They may have set the number so that when people dial "1471" the nuisance caller is still on the line and instead of the BT response to 1471 my phone is rigged to dial the caller s number. I am contacting the police with a view to prosecuting the caller for being a pest.

Dangerous number, avoid at all cost. Some none speaking English wanker trying to tell his name was Jack, but seemed to take him ages to remember his name was Jack. I think it's time to take matters into our own hands if the government will not put a stop to fraudsters. Being constantly called by this disgrace of a company night and day after an initial request for information, 3 times on Saturday to top it off. I would never buy from this company on principal they are totally annoying and aggressive with their sales technique.
Totally unknown, I answered the phone and it was completely silent at the caller’s end.
A Total Scam: 02075467402 - They reckon that they were HM Revenue, calling about my taxes. I needed to press 1 to speak to someone. If I Do Not. A WARRANTwould be issued for my Arrest. It really is LAUGHABLE but Sad, They are trying to put Fear into people who are going through a terrible time in this Covid Lockdown period. They need to REMEMBER that they also have a Mother, Family because KARMA Springs to Mind. The caller was from Northern Ireland.

Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)
