On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.

I called back this number and it said it was a unrecognised number so seems like a scam. It was on my work number so its annoying as you think you missed a important call.

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Came up on my phone as suspected spam, so I cancelled it. Had a recorded voicemail- couldn't hear the company name. They wanted to discuss their products and services.

Called claiming to be calling about my phone contract, told them that I wasn't on a contract (I am) then they were like oh yes, we are offering you contract for £9 a month for unlimited everything okii?! Barely spoke English and spoke very quickly, kept going silent. I said no and hung up.

Indian scammers again! Robo message "Bank Security regarding 2 charges this morning, one to Amazon for 800 and one to an overseas transfer for 1100..." Pressing 2 got an indian man who got really shitty with mew and hung up when he said "Thankl you for calling..." and I told him he had called me.
