took a call from a foreign sounding woman claiming to be from open reach telling me they had detected my internet speed was faulty. It was a local number but she handed me on to a foreign guy who, when I asked where he was based, said London. When I told him I thought he was a scammer he hung up!

Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). Scammers. They say they are from Blockchain.com, but they want you to put money on a dormant account so you can reactivate it and take the whole amount from the account. These people used 56 different numbers to call me, but I keep them on a string and let them lose their time so they cannot mislead other people in that time.
