Insurance claim against road traffic accident - cold calling,. Guy on the phone got very rude when I asked why he was calling and where had he got my details
Was skeptical at first because they asked for details of the account but then I had just filled out an online form on uswitch and it was the same info they were asking for and I literally had the details there. The man was polite and even had me looking at Trust Pilot to read about their services. Ended up saving about 1/3rd on my farms energy. Only as I was out of contract and I didn t know though.
