The call was in relation to a card payment. The call seems fradulant as the card type mentioned was visa and this was wrong.

They call me. No audio. Terminated (not by me) within 1 or 2 seconds. I rang back. No ring, no answer, immediately terminateed (not by me) The only possible reason for this nuisance call is to check my number is active, which the operator does not need to do, no one else has a valid reason to. Any legitamate reason to verify a phone number would include verification of the recipient, and that's unlikely because of fraud.
If you get a quote from Compare the Market or Money Supermarket, they are in partnership with Life Search who deal with the enquiries, not a scam in any way shape or form, amazes me how quickly people shout SCAM! – I actually got a great deal from them, they were very professional and cheaper then most.

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!

the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!
