Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Made up a load of details and then after around 30mins told them I had been playing with them and I hope I had wasted their time like they have wasted mine over the last few weeks. You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G. This number called me but on calling back the number was not recognised.

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!
