SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

Belived to be a utility scam reported via Google. So don't trust it or research it first. I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message which I always regard as up to no good! SCAM

I got a phone call from this number claiming to be from Microsoft. (Indian call handler) They said my computer was compromised but I don’t own a computer so knew it was a scam. I kept talking to them to waste their time and then eventually told them I’d be reporting them to police. She tried to convince me still they were legitimate. SCAM - Recorded message claiming to be VISA saying 2 large purchases had been made on my visa card (I don't have one) so deffo a scam. Shame it was a recorded message or I would have been happy to insult them in new and inventive ways.

Scammers claiming to be from Visa and saying that a large amount has been spent on your Visa card.

My wife answered the phone, and an apparently recorded message said that there was a suspicious transaction involving a £300 bill from Amazon which had not been paid. Then she was asked to press some number at which point she ended the call. I found the callers number by using 1471. The call appears to be a scam.

Two text messages from this number: 1) Saturday 28th January 2023 advising that Apple Pay temporarily suspended due to unusual activity and link provided to renew wallet. 2) Sunday 29th January advising that unusual activity occurred on at 4:34 AM and temporary suspension and same link provided. Banking Scam - don't press any buttons

Noted number and called back through different phone. Sounded like a recorded message from the network provider indicating a terms of service issue and potential out of country routing. Highly dubious. Do not answer.
