Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

Fraud. A person claiming they are calling form CarPhone. Trying to sell me a new mobile plan with 40% discount. They could answer a my question if they are want me to switch my provider or they have a deal from my own mobile provider. They also didn't know who my provider is but wanted me to tell then. I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.

Fake scammer Supposed purveyor of a job and was supposed to talk me through details of a job - which was freelance - too good to be true. Came via an ‘agency’ 30 mins a day freelance - payment through wallet and an unbelievable sum of money Told them I wasn’t available until Tuesday next week and this Carlo guy (pic of a woman) kept texting me randomly in the interim asking me how I was - then sending pics of a computer screen the next day showing NY library - asking if I knew where he was - beware

Abusing fake advertising seller, after I emailed him back saying I wasn't interested in the "advert" in the "planning handbook" after he implied that he was working on behalf of the planning department when infact he has nothing to do with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The guy introduced himself Peter Jones calling from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd. trying to sell personal loan. it was suspicious. checked with FCA, I've been told that they are impersonating businesses and personal names. Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company and they are only mortgage broker not selling or offering personal loans. beware this landline number is a scam. personal loan only offered by banks directly.

Received this call didn't reply as don't know the caller. After that check voice mail, left empty voice mail. Probably scam. Blocked.

SCAM called offering for my business to be featured in a publication which will highlighting legitimate local businesses and rogue traders (hopefully I fall into the former). Asked if I'd like to be featured as their "(my profession) of the year" for a fee, when I questioned it they hung up. Initially claimed to be from a crime monitoring unit, which was odd since they called from a mobile number.
