This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don t give me that all you had to say was yes or no. She didn t ask me if I d had an accident so how could I answer yes or no. I said how dare you cold call me then kick off. She went yeah yeah whatever and put the phone down! Unbelieveable. Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.

Automated message to landline saying it was time sensitive from HMRC & court proceedings would follow if we didn't contact them on number provided

Kept being called by this telephone number I called back today to ask them to remove my number at this point they then started to go into their spiel about my car accident when I asked them to remove my number again they became rude and started to laugh at me on the telephone. Avoid this number at all costs!
