Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. I'm getting daily nuisance calls from a no with the Leeds dialling code. Constantly telling them to remove my no from there systems. Got call back from same people after 1 hour. Blocking nos but called from a different no with same code. Beginning to annoy me now.

PHONED 17.03.20 AT 11.42hrs by this number automated message stating Amazon prime was about to renew at £79.99p, if wished to discuss press button 1. Apparent scam.

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were. It really has put me off using them as I can imagine they will harass me if I do go for a consultation.

I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey.
