Foreign speaking male asked me to confirm my details as I was due a refund if £202 for over paying my bills over the telephone. He knew my name address but then got upset as I wouldn't give him my date of birth etc

Received a call from so called Jennifer on 07305 705575 and again from 07594 619283 introducing me to their website https://coinstats.app/portfolio/transactions/. coinstats.app wanted me to pay in a percentage of my "supposed fortune", that had been accumulated on this site unknown to me, so that this account could be re-activated as the money had been sitting there untouched for so long (3 years). I had a letter from Bluestone Credit Management (or so I thought), the other day. I am now thinking it could be a scam letter because when I did some checking on the internet the phone number (01142 317 413), on the letter was completely different then the phone number given on Bluestone’s internet site. I am now going to forward a copy of the letter to HMRC to see if they can confirm if it is fake.
