SCAM - States they are from a debt advice line and calling to inform you of Government legislation that can reduce your debt.
Missed calls Rang on two consecutive days. Missed calls both times. Surely any reputable company would leave a message? Especially a mobile phone company? Everyone knows about phone scams which are getting to record levels. If a company cold calls to sell you something, they have to check the Telephone Preference Service first. Therefore as they’ve ignored TPS and not left an explanatory message on two occasions, I’ve blocked the number assuming this is a scam, spoofing Vodafone.
They have some money to give away so don't ignore them. I got a cheque for £25,000 and they say more will follow.

Lady claimed that unknown to myself I have a bitcoin account open in my name with 4.5 bitcoin in it. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!

SCAM 769256245 is the number dialled when I tried to voice call the sender of a Phishing scam text message claiming to be from "RoyalMail" which contained a dodgy link to arrange delivery of a fictional "Bezos Limited" parcel. The text was forwarded to NCSC Phishing Reports on 7726.
TAXES / HMRC No. 07540 105007 voice message. Tex return.....etc Press 1. You can guess the rest. Hanged up.
