I get calls in a morning and the caller will not announce themselves on my "call guardian", I've tried calling back, and get a message saying the number does not exist?

This number called approx. 2.30pm stating in a recorded message that our credit card had been used fraudulently. £300 odd paid to Amazon. A £1000 odd paid out as well, from Scotland. Until recently these numbers were from a lady speaking Chinese, who then switched to English prompting a message that indicted. Rang twice whilst I was at work, one after the other. Missed first call answered 2nd. Sounded like a male, but just mumbling and couldn’t make out what they said before they hung up.
Became agressive when challanged regarding legitimacy of call. Then received caller-withheld harrasment & time wasting calls a few minutes after putting the phone down with the 'caller' attempting to change the sound of their voice
