When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.

Another AMAZON SPAM female-voice call at 1117hrs 6-2-2023 called apparently from 01268-763345.
"We have detected illegal activity on your internet connection. You will be disconnected. Press xx to speak to an agent.". Yeah right, and my farts smell sweet.
Scam caller pretended that wi-fi would end in 24 hours unless you pressed 1 to speak an advisor (obviously the scammer). Pressed # instead to upset the computer.

This number has been calling for well over a year. If you pick up its not answered but sounds like something may happen like a message. I don't wait for that I hang up before. Called on our landline. Recorded message from Bank Security (didn't bother to say which bank). Apparently 2 transactions on my card (which one?!) £300 to Amazon and ..... I gave up at this point as it's obviously a scam. All our banks are based elsewhere so wouldn't phone from a local number and have mobile phones as first contact. Our number is recorded on Telephone Preference service but that doesn't seem to make any difference
