Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This is Kinex. They ignore ALL requests not to call. When their number is blocked they will call from a different number. Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen.
