I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

Told them this on both occasions. They said their details must not be up to date?? Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person
