No one called Ben Newman could possibly have lived here for the last 20 years, as we have and had our number for 20 years and are on TPS, so either someone has misused our number or they are lying. If they call again I shall report them to the TPS and anyone else I can find.

Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!
