Marketing Caller, polite when told I don t answer marketing questions over the phone

Received a number of calls in the last few days. I don t know who they are so I don t answer

this company have phoned four times today and by the sounds of it are nothing but nuisance. how about blowing a whistle down the phone when they call this should stop them

Had a call about our washing machine warranty being out of date. He rang off when I asked a few questions about their company [difficult to hear what he said at this point] and how he came by his information. Usual garbage, but sounded British. This might be a follow up from a so-called survey I foolishly agreed to go through a few days ago - and during which I asked NOT to be contacted from, I assume, the people instigating it in the first place. This is the usual con merchant stuff we have to endure

I missed a call from what appeared to be a mobile 07937933921 I rang back but no one spoke but found on my next bill that I had a charge for personal numbering to ring this number back and I have mobile calls included for free normally. Beware you will pay a premium to ring this number and it isn t an 070 number!

I believe this company is Harringtons Advisory ltd. PPI,Pensions,Accidents,Mortgages,debts, and other claims calls. I have found 67 phone numbers for them so far, and 35 of them end in 063. This company is under investigation by the Claims Management Regulator, but thats only for the PPI side of it. I have had nothing but hassle from this company. Thats exactly what they did, as soon as I answered politely they hung up. So I googled the number finding this website.

Seem to have now blocked 0843 980 12xx where xx so far is anywhere between 01 to 51 - 47 just the latest. Last time i answered it from one of these numbers there was nobody there. Wonder if phone numbers of the call centre staff are also on their autocall list.

This person just rang me saying it was about a competition to win an I phone 6 and shopping vouchers- I don't recall entering a competition.

Randomly called my mobile but ofcourse when they got my voicemail they didnt leave a message ,called back and got a voicemail and it stated GFS Money which I inturn googled and low and behold they are a loan company ... blah blah .. wish these people would phone me for something useful .
