SCAM Pretending to be an investment agent, asking to invest you own money.

I'm more and more convinced it is a scam. I was called this morning, by an automated voice, that there is a proceeding against me because I didn't pay my taxes, and if I want to avoid further consequences (including jail!), I should press 1. Pulled over, pressed 1, a female voice greeted me and asked for personal data. I didn't give any, and asked if there is a number I can call them back on. She said she would call me back later instead. Once home, checekd with HMRC, no issues with my status or taxes.

This caller is a Scam number wanting to obtain your bank details for an alleged unauthorized transaction from your bank. My advice hang up straightaway.

Just had a text message from this number, claiming to be from my eldest child. Stated Hey Dad, this is my new number, my phone just broke. You can delete my old number and save this one. I have a spare phone now, tried to call you earlier because I need your help, but I can only text at the moment due to this phone. I asked who it was. They replied, "your eldest child". I'm from Portugal and today someone tried to reach me on my mobile phone from this number. I've been to the UK but not recently and I have only one relative the and she didn't tried to contact me. Therefore I think this it was a phishing call. Be ware!

Two unsolicited calls today. I asked who was calling as she was trying to confirm my name and status. Woman said she was ringing about government energy subsidy. When I asked again what company it was she said Just Glass. I Have seen this name mentioned adversely in other reviews. Told her this and hung up.

SCAM. Recorded message with lots of grammatical errors claiming to be from an unspecified bank security department about suspicious transactions on my card.

Caller claimed to be from EE customer service, told me I have a good credit rating and I was inline for an upgrade, I informed her I was not an EE customer so then she said I must be an O2 customer, I told her I wasnt and she then droppped the carrier on me as I was suspicious.
