Robot/automated recording warning about bank charges on card
Automated call supposedly from Visa card claiming that there had been 2 suspicious credit card transactions on my account. This is a fraudulent scam DO NOT RESPOND!!! Caller with an Asian accent said he was from o2 and I had been selected to have a 50% discount on my tariff. I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. Told him he was a scammer and hung up. Reported call & number to the ICO

This pervert was sending disgusting text messages to my partner over a period of months despite the number being blocked, he used different apps to bypass. When challenged he blocked me without any response. How he got my partner’s number is still a cloudy one, but we in the Trans community do not make a habit of encouraging men to “slap us in the face with a (male chicken)” as a form of alarm clock. Sorry people, but do not trust this face slapping male chicken wearing micro penis. “Slapping” is wishful.

This is a a scammer number. I got a text and traced back to another number 07831530840 it's a landline number from Nizhniy Novgorod region, Russia
Claimed to be HMRC, about an important letter sent … press button 1. The fourth such call I have received in the last few days, all from different numbers. Telltale: automated message, with no attempt to give my name or any identifying references. Avoid!

This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.

Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!
