The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. This number has repeatedly phoned me, but not left a message (and phoning the number gives "you have dialled an incorrect number". Strongly suspect it is call from 'Beneficial' in which case it is either a scam call or, at best, a harassing call.
