Called me HU number today
This number calls me. It’s not a genuine geographical Shetland number.
Called us asking to speak to our Google Ads account manager. Stated they were calling from Google ads team and that she was the Account Manager. They asked to speak to 2 people by first name, none of which work at our company. Unsure on this one.
They say they can do me an IPhone 13 for £10 less than the deal I have at the moment on an IPhone 12. Never trust a cold call... Sounded like a call centre of some sort as noise in background. Could have easily been from abroad as the womans english wasnt great and the call went silent after she had spoken. anyway...

It claims to be "EVRI", wanting to reschedule a parcel delivery... I'm not expecting any parcel, so I'm sure it's just another one of the vast amount of scams that are going around. Apparently it's an O2 network mobile number "(+447759916871)", in the Manchester area. Scammers pretending to be from my mobile company wanting to offer me a new deal then wanted my bank details & details about phone account but could not even provide my name from their records. Avoid at all costs.

Text message received from Sants fraud asking me if I had made a pmt of 33458.64 to a Ali Afza? if not to call fraud on the number and not to reply by text. Luckily I worked for Santander so knew it was a scam but it is very convincing.

I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)

My house phone was rung at 7.45 am!! I didn’t answer and no essay e was left. Suspect scam or sales call. Furious to be woken after working until 2.30 am.
Indian man with bad English claiming he was from Windows security, he said my IP address was causing problems told me to write a number down so played along then he said my surname I then asked who is this person he then said my name and address I said I do not know this and that is not me he then hung up. not suer who he got the details from but will report it.
