I didn't believe them as I keep getting these calls fishing for information so I don't answer anything personal.

Claimed to be from "Windows Support", but nothing to do with Microsoft, and they had noticed illegal activity on my browser and email. Female asian accent. Asked her to spell her name "genffer dalton" (she could not spell it correctly). Knew my name!! When asked her to repeat a question she said "you an idiot" and disconnected, which proved to me that it was not a "professional" call.

I missed a call from this number today and rang back as it appeared to be a personal mobile number. A recorded message said it was a company called GFK asking for my participation in some market research.
Finance company, hang up on answering and hang up.when I called back. Called from another number and and one tele liar answered. Debriefed him and hung up
