Automated message saying amazon prime auto renewal but press 1 to speak to amazon representative if no longer wanted Can’t find anything to suggest it’s an Amazon number so be wary

Did not answer the call, but I presume it s Scottish Power, for the same reason as above, to stop being taken over by the other supplier.

Keep getting nuisance calls from this number. I keep telling them that I m not interested and to take my number off their list, but all to no avail. How do I report this company and stop the calls ?

Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
