Received a call from this on my mobile. A real person calling claiming to act on behalf of an insurance company, interested in an RTA that I was involved in within the last three years that wasn't my fault. Fraud SCAM referred to a non-existing Amazon purchase for £400 and then stated that a new purchase for £959 may be fraudulent and to follow their instructions. Checked there was no purchase showing fro £959 and furthermore the caller ID not say which bank was involved!!
Scammers said that I was interested in trading, but it was a long time ago. Did not sound professional at all.

Indian accent, long time delay, said he was from BT and my hub was not working properly.
Said he was from Microsoft. Think Indian because he couldn't say my name correctly. Have found various problems on my pc. I didn't comply with his requests and he said they would put a block on my pc! Then rang off.
Hung up as soon as I answered. Potential phishing for active numbers? I'm not sure, but looking at the other reports I'm not risking it.
