Was called to my Swedish number, said "I don't know what company x is". Got the reply "well we let you into great trading oppurtinities". I said I wasn't interested and the person on the other end yelled "I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU ABOUT OUR COMPANY HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED?" - agressive fraud.
Because they want to be able to ring you again and again. They want to speak to a person not a machine. Its how this all works. And this is an energy company that is persistent!

This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.
