I called this number in January 2018 and was charged £7.00! For 1 phone call! Completely outrageous. And I’ve Just found out it was the HMRC! Forget about a customer orientated approach, this is robbery.
I get 3 - 4 calls a day, each time i ask to be removed from their database. they hang up. I am on TPS - telephone preference service and have made a complaint. I will suggest everyone goes down this route. Any other suggestions appreciated.
