Female, said she was from India. Very, very persistent and aggressive; repeatedly asking what my name is. I hung up. She called back a few times, I didn't answer calls. Blocked number & switched phone off.
Saying they are from bank security saying that people have tried to access account and press 1 or 2 but I hung up and checked with bank and this is not true and must be a scam

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. SCAM claiming to be giving £40 rebate due to energy price increase on behalf of my energy company. I contacted my supplier & they confirmed it was a scam call & they would not ask another company to give any rebates they would do that themselves.
Did a callback and it is an Octopus Energy (sales?) number.
Scammer pretending to be from BT. Said hackers were active on my BT account and wanted all kinds of information about my broadband and devices. I'm not with BT so refused and he threatened to disconnect my service if I didn't comply... Absolute scum - beware!
