DO NOT PRESS BUTTON 1 AS IT ALLOWS CALLER ACCESS TO YOUR PHONE.
Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging. Maybe the situation with them would have been different. I was so naïve and did not have enough information I needed to know about the whole online investing scenario. 2022.07.18 at 13:37 my phone showed ‘International’, with the number 0049 1375 381293, which looks like it came from Germany (0049), but with a local code that was the same as my own ((0)1375)... anyway a recorded message claimed it was from 'bank security', that two large withdrawals had been made on my account, inc one from Amazon, and that I needed to press a particular number to speak to them. This is obviously a SCAM and an ATTEMPTED FRAUD..

I didn't, and please don't answer calls from unknown numbers like this. Type the number into Google afterwards and see what comes up... If it's an 'unexpected call' you've had, then likely it's a Spam/Scam call. Wait them out and look it up after ... If it's an elderly relative who mentions they've been getting these calls, please tell them to ignore it. If anyone important calls they will generally always leave a voice mail you can get back to anyway.
