This number called me several times, and the last time I answered the line just went silent

We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped?
