Automated female voice claiming to be from Visa about two payment of ca. £600 and £1000. I rang off, and then used 14713 to call it back repeatedly - which resulted in it ringing off at once each time. I did not use my keypad to send them any information in the initial call. MUST BE PHISHING????

01615323513 is a SCAM number. Called me at 08:55hrs 11 April 2022, purporting to be from Microsoft saying that I had a problem with my computer. I do not have a Microsoft computer so this was clearly a scam and the number 01615323513 has now been blocked.

SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. Both of these accounts I have since checked and have not been affected in this way, hence my reporting this bogus land-line call.

Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This number called & was a recorded message saying that Amazon Prime membership was auto-renewing & money was about to be taken from my account. I don't have a Prime account.

claims to be from blockchain.com and I signed up to receive information...I never sign up to stuff...I challenged the caller by saying they were operating a scam – her tone changed and she got arsey...and she put the phone down. She called from this number 01519470863

Foreign accent called me saying they were from Direct Mobile company. When I told them I was going to end the call and report them, he said; Oh, why you speak like that ma'am? And started to abuse me before hanging up.

Said he was a bailiff, knew all my information, I have an IVA so he said I still owe money and I said I will contact my IVA company and he said he will phone them and said the bailiffs to my door then hung up.
