I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky. This is fraud call. Ria Durms pretend to call from three mobile. and her supervise used fake name "David" and try to speak in British accent but I can clearly figure out that he is an Asian guy. Also, they are asking for Full name, Date of birth, Address & Bank detail. I gave fake name and they verified it as they have record in their system which proves that the call is fraud.

This number rang my landline on both 18 and 19 August. Just rang long enough to get me near the phone, but not long enough to pick up - annoying. When I rang the number (from a safe untraceable mobile) I got the recorded message 'Number not in service' ! At best it's spam - at worst it's fraud, so I'll class it as a scam.

I had a call from this number this morning at 10.49 (approx) and a recorded message came which told me that my Visa card had been used by someone for £900. I didn't bother to listen to the whole message as it was obvious to me that it was a scam. Interestingly I waited a few minutes and then called the number back (which I don't usually bother to do) and a very nice lady answered who said that she ran a clinic. It became obvious that she was genuine and that the scammers had used her number.
