SPAM Said it was sky broad band and wanted to do a emergency check as our bills are going up. Said my name was the mean name on account which is wrong as it is not. I hung up.
Just received a call from this number. Caller (who had a very strong Asian accent) claimed to be from PC World. She began with the usual "How are you today?". When I replied "Not very good", she ended the call. Sounds dodgy.
Didn't answer it was just silence on the other end when I received the call

Asian man claiming to be calling on behalf of Microsoft....usual "your computer security has been compromised". Knew my name and address. Let him go on for a while and then I got fed up/annoyed and just told him he was lying and stopped the call.

Be careful dealing with this number. He is acting as a professional and will show a lot of fake proof for you to believe and get your trust. He is a very dangerous in person. Fraud SPAM SCAM Crikey, they're out in force today. Two new scam numbers and two blocked by phone, as previously blacklisted. 01615243635 called for 1 second. Didn't even see it ring.
Well spoken female called back after getting cut off. Said they checked my fuse box ten years ago and wanted to do another free check. Asked me to go to the fuse box. I said it was difficult to reach and it was a consumer unit with circuit breakers. She said in that case no need for a check. Obviously if they'd checked ten years ago they would know what equipment I had. Why I continued to engage with her was we had circuit breakers changed by the makers of the consumer unit as they had found quality issues.
Fraud- They knew my name, kinda scary since I am not in any way shape or form connected to my number.. I have a burner so that's effed Block the number if possible!
