This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.
