Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?

this number called say his name MATTHEW to do with loft insulation that needed to be updated and did i know that some cavity wall insulation they had done was causing insulation...

these people call and say you owe councel tax arears,they give no details bar the amount and give you a acount number and sorting code to pay money into. I dont know if it is lagit or not,it is very suspect and im trying to find out about them.

according to the 60+ comments on who-called.co.uk thus is one of those "you ve been involved in a car accident in the last 3 yrs" scams. I missed the call on my mobile but have already blocked the [email?protected]

Accident claims cold caller

These morons called my work number with an automated message telling me to call them back. The number they called is for an organisation with thousands of employees and the number they called is not for any individual. Claimed to be working in conjunction with my security company, then it became apparent that they only wanted to sell me their products. How can you trust a security company that tells untruths ?

Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.

I have had several calls from this number offering me a payday loan, the callers English is very poor and have used different names for the company they work for on occasion, definitely not a trustworthy caller.
