I just got a call from this number left the message asking me to call back about my Cargo delivery that I have requested online. when I called back the automated voice said Concord logistics and I was put on hold for the longest I can imagine since all the advisors are busy. and then after a while the repeat message disappeared and the ringing started with no response. what is going on? am I being scammed?

Kirsty , an automated survey, called Oct 9th 2014. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS. I am also disabled and find phone calls very stressful. Due to my disability, I need my phone line available at all times but this call blocked my access to my own phone line! I hung up and then went to make another call-- kirsty and her survey on energy supply was still prattling on! Hung up again but again, the call was still blocking my line when I tried to call out. Welsh lad called, went through whole list of directors names that he alleged he d spoken to earlier in the year. Given that I deal with the telecoms I know this is BS. Said he would ring back; when told that the directors don t take unsolicted calls replied that it wasn t unsolicited. The bloke is an absolute weapon.
