When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

Number is from a company called Advance Medial, they called when I answered the hung up - another number for the reject list.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Keeps calling, last phone call when they asked to speak to me I replied," No you can t, she died last week. Needless to say tthe following day , guess what?, they rang again. I ve tried blocking the number but no success and also receive other 0203.... numbers. Really fed up with this , can be several times a day.
