Well, this number is reported mainly for two different companies - UNICEF and Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) , but in fact it is used by call centre working for non-profit organisations and using the same database of number for multiple tasks. So it's not a scam, but can be taken as a nuisance by many people...

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435667xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?
