SCAM Pretending to be from BT Openreach and wanting me to do something to my router. Hung up when I said they needed to talk to my son because he did all the stuff with the router
The call was allegedly from Sure Cover to revise my life insurance cover, then they said I was eligible for a better price and they tried to pass me to another department but I hang the call at that point. I searched and I found an article confirming it's a scam.
