SCAM / SPAM Called 21/5/2020 asking about recently installed loft insulation. Hung up when asked when this was, given there has been no loft insulation recently put in.
I answered this call as it appeared to be a mobile number. Suspect it was spoofing it s real number. Caller knew my late father s name, wanted to do a 60 second survey. I kept telling him that father wasn t here any more, and that I was moving shortly, but he kept asking questions about how old my washing machine was. I hung up.

Had a call about our washing machine warranty being out of date. He rang off when I asked a few questions about their company [difficult to hear what he said at this point] and how he came by his information. Usual garbage, but sounded British. This might be a follow up from a so-called survey I foolishly agreed to go through a few days ago - and during which I asked NOT to be contacted from, I assume, the people instigating it in the first place. However really most of what he said went in one ear and out the other, as I quicky lose interest when getting cold callers!
