As soon as you reach pension age, they're on to you claiming that you requested a pension check online (didn't happen) they tried to call my elderly mother claiming they could offer her a lump sum payment if only she would grant them access to the account. SCAM Call from 02045996818 on my mobile; didn't recognise the number so didn't answer and no VM left. Looks like I was correct to ignore it.
Called from private number and left multiple voicemails requesting to speak to a company director, gave this number in the voicemails. Non-Anglophone accent.
I do have D and G insurance and have just had an appliance repaired However this number has phoned me many times since If there was a valid reason to contact me surely they would have emailed or left a message

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! Trying to hack into my details. Do NOT give any details to this caller!!

Called looking for Mnagaing director of company then demanded his mobile number when told not in office When I asked what regarding its a financial matter and I stated cant give his number out if you are not known to him to which he replied not the way I would run a business the cheek get these time wasters to stop calling people disturbing them in workplace

14th Feb 2024 at 1148 - Call claiming that our loft insulation was reaching the end of its warranty life (20 years) and they would like to inspect it - when I told the man that the house was not built 20 years ago and that we did not have a loft, the man rang off immediately.
