SCAM! BEWARE: They try to ring you in regards to upgrading your phone contract for some ludicrously low price. If you agree, they ask for your email and then try to gain access to your mobile phone account through a password reset link and a "secure password" they generate for you to input.

I questioned him coming to the cost of the service he asked if I am over 65 and in this case it will be 2 pounds a year (!) for 3 years after which it will be free !!!
