SCAM Call centre. Numerous calls to say he (Foreign accent called “Oliver”) works for government to claim back fees overcharged. Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!! I have not agreed to anything so told him “what to do!” and put phone down. They phoned straight back but I ignored it! (Total 6 phone calls in 7 days!!! ) SCAM

I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. This is Kinex. They ignore ALL requests not to call. When their number is blocked they will call from a different number. Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.
