Fraud Sends text messages stating you have been in contact with someone who has Omicron. To order test via uk-healthdata.com. That site was first registered 06/09/2022. That site tries to redirect you to uk-health-service.com It is a scam

Fraud: Bank scam. Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

Scam Number... When answered, you hear the "hiccup" meaning you were on an Autodialer and because you've answered, the "hiccup" sound is where the computer is connecting a scam agent. Personally, any call I hear that sound, I hang up, search the number and 9 out of 10 times (9/10) end up Barring the Number. Hope this helps.

I've put this as a Missed call but i didnt actually answer phone, i just let it ring as i didnt know who this was from and didnt actually recognise number, I'm very wary these days ,as there's too many scams goin around so i typed this number into google to see what came up it lead me here where it seemed to have a negative rating , so i will block in my Phone along with many others over the yrs .

Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.

Prerecorded message alleging to be from a bank - 2 transactions were highlighted as 1. a payment of £300 to Amazon and 2. a payment exceeding £1000 to an overseas destination. Options were offered which were ignored and the call was terminated by the recipient. An effort was made to call the number from both landline and mobile where an answer was given “it has not been possible to connect your call” and “the number you have dialled is incorrect”, respectively. These people should be sent to Siberia.

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

I was them shouted at by the caller telling me not to ring them again, i said i didn't, you rang me then the caller became abusive telling me not to answer the phone to them again!!! Two calls from this number with a recorded voice message claiming £700 has been drawn on our account to Amazon and further £2000 cash transfer, then a couple of number options to press to speak to someone. Needless to say, I hung up. Yet another time-wasting and potentially dangerous scam.
