Recieved phonecall from 01702311311 today claiming that some fraudulent transactions had been made using my bank card, one being from Amazon worth £100 & another from an international transaction worth over £1000. I recieved exactly the same phonecall the day before from a different number. I know these not to be true because they never say which bank they are from and never say which card it is from. Just to be safe I will let my Bank know about this so they can keep a check for me.

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. This was an Automated machine call stating it was HMRC (07278-161158). I am not aware of any issues I have with HMRC and reason to search if this is a scam.
